A ConnectException was detected. This means that Load Tester™ was able to contact the host but the connection was refused.
This usually indicates that the web server is not running or the wrong port number is being used. Note that the default port for a web server is 80 (443 for SSL), but it is possible that the server is configured to run on some other port.
Check the error log for the URL that caused the problem.
